Unfortunately the exercise doesn't make me lost weight at all. I've been at that for 10 YEARS and although I love it for keeping me healthy and active, this is all diet.
If I keep losing, A1. And if I don't lose another lb that's ok too. I WILL be having treats -- just not at that point yet. I thought 165 would be "treat time" and it might be (e.g. coolers on Saturday night or a slice of cheesecake or a BAG of peanut butter minis). Just gonna keep on trucking but honestly whatever happens at this point is just gravy
