need to learn the points & foods - I have 23 daily and 35 weekly ones
I weighed myself on my scale this morning & it said 210... I had on my shoes and ankle support thingy. At WW I weighed 217.8. EEK!!! Apparently, my scale is way off. I had a feeling it was 3 pounds light. Phooey. Not sure what to do. I do need a new scale.(mine is 35 years old - we've gone through a lot together LOL) HATED seeing the number they wrote down.
Enjoyed fresh cherries today from the Northwest. Yum. There's alot to read and do to 'set up'. New adventure, kind of.
