That you keep track of your points. Figure them out and put them down before you eat anything. Then when you are out of points, stop eating foods that have points. I keep boiled eggs in the fridge to eat when I am out of points and still want something to eat. You can also have fruits, veggies, and some proteins that are 0 points as well. Scramble up some eggs if you donít like them boiled. You can do this Beverly! I am cheering you on!
Another thing that helps me have points for later in the day, is that I incorporate the 0 point foods for my breakfast and lunch which leaves me more points in the evening. It takes a little time, but you will figure it out! I usually eat eggs and lite bread toasted, and fruit in the morning, and I like salads with grilled chicken and fruit on them for lunch! Just remember YOU are worth the effort it takes to do this!
