You had an AMAZING loss during your initial weeks even though you say that you had trouble staying in your points. Do the best you can. Maybe pick one good habit that you want to work on at a time instead of a negative thought (example: I want to work into eating 3 vegetables and 2 fruits a day instead of I can't have this or that). You know all the psychology so use that instead of beating up on yourself. I hate seeing how hard you are on you, though you have seemed to lighten up on yourself lately, good for you! Be nice to my friend, please.
