and I am pleased to see the scale go down another .8 of a pound! I say another, because I incorrectly said last week I was down .6 of a pound when it should have been .8! So total gone is 80.2 pounds! Slow but sure.
I have to say how much better I feel at this size. As I was tying my shoes this morning, I remembered a time when I would have to sit on the bed and put my leg up on it just to tie my shoes! Or I would have to put my foot up on the bathtub to tie them! I am so thankful to be able to just bend over and tie them normally!
