My feet and knees donít bother me like they used to. I need to be moving a lot more though. Most people get 5,000-10,000 steps each and every day-but since I sit at a desk the majority of my day I donít log near that many. I need to try to push myself more in that area and I think I would see bigger losses on the scale each week. I am feeling much better though. My whole body would ache when I weighed 325 pounds. I am very thankful for the change!!
