The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Enjoy your massage.
I hope your physio does you some good. When I started physical therapy the physio that did my intake twisted me into a pretzel, pushed on me while I tried to unwind myself. The relief was sudden and complete. I was instantly pain-free, numb and tingle free and could walk and move better than I had in months. Unfortunately, I still had to do the PT
to keep the alignments that he had made. I had developed muscles on one side and gotten weak on the other so the imbalance would have made it come back. My husband and daughter just go to a chiropractor. They get good relief but when they do anything to use the pieces and parts they start hurting again without reinforcing the muscles that have grown weaker from giving in to the pain or being unable to use a muscle completely. I hope getting a new person gets you some new ideas and helps you.
