Don't worry too much
About counting myself. The zero points fits me to a tee. Most of the things I eat are there except for sweets and they are out anyway. If itxs not on the list I count it. Not into a lot of grains and dsiry because my system don't handle them well. I should be lising really well, but I'm not. I'm pleased to finally be losing at all.
