2) Tim Horton's coffee. Bought a giant can and I make up a full pot in the morning. Couple at home and then pack my thermos and take it to work
3) got all my classes covered now at the gym while I get this shoulder healed - that's a relief. Plan is to return to Pump on July 29
4) fresh bed sheets tonight
5) picking up some extra radio shifts will mean I won't miss my missing gym shifts. All working out.
