I wouldn't change what you're doing as you're doing amazing. Keto is a huge lifestyle change and not really a "diet" that you can go on and off. For me, if I go off, I gain QUICKLY (e.g. 10 lbs in a week). And it's soooooooooooo different from any "healthy" diet I've ever seen.
I think you've got this nailed Shirley -- you are so successful with what you've come up with. It works for YOU! Why change it?
