I am so stressed and I need to find a way to deal with it other than wanting to eat. Any suggestions?? What can I do when I want to eat something. I know this is literally one of THE most stressful times of my life and it is only going to get worse. So I NEED to figure out things to do. Thanks for any ideas and help
