Mixed gratitude...My trip is only 7 weeks away....!!!! But I've squandered the time I had to lose a significant amount of weight. I have these dreams about one day walking around Paris and not having to check out different cafes in order to find one where I know the chairs can handle me....to not feel like I'm stuffed like a sausage in a plane seat.........Maybe, next time. I'm still 10 pounds heavier than last time I went. Makes me want to cry but that won't do any good.

My lab work all came back within the health range except for the Triglycerides. The normal range for those is 150 and mine are 166. That's a 10 point drop from my last physical a couple of years ago. If I didn't have all of these ortho problems, I'd be in great shape (oh, yah, that depression thing....)I told her that I had been feeling bone weary and not sleeping well even on my meds and that I thought it was probably stress and just being unhappy. Turns out I was right!
A little cooler today.
