I try to stay away from enriched flour too. With almond flour, it is already 9 points before adding any other ingredient. In that case, I would stick with cauliflower pizza crust. I have a recipe for it or breadsticks that my whole family loves. Trouble is that it is high in fat since it has so much cheese in it so it would be high points on WW too. So many low carb recipes are high fat and WW is low fat but allows higher carbs. Maybe I should just go back to THM where you do either LF or LC per meal as long as they are not mixed in the same meal.
I wonder about sprouted wheat or oat flour too, or maybe a combo of almond and one or more of the others or throw coconut flour into the mix. I'll have to do some research.
