And I am happy and a little surprised to see a loss of 3 pounds!! That makes a total of 85 pounds gone! I say I am a little surprised because I felt like I ate more this week. Maybe thatís the key for me-to eat on the higher end of my point range? In any case I will take it! Finally at 240 pounds!! Such a great feeling to know I am creeping ever so slowly down to that 200 mark! It sure feels better than being at 329 pounds which was my all time high. I started WW at 325. I just have to stay the course and not throw in the towel. I know I can do this!!
