f off...3 breakfasts...one healthy, 2 not, 1 donut = binge. all before noon. sausage biscuit, sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, donut, coffee, orange juice and a coke from sonic. i won't be this person that i used to be. stress ate. learn from me, too much food doesn't help. no dinner last night. was still full at dinnertime.
