Got back to planning and tracking 4 days ago and am down 3 pounds of fluid. It doesn't matter to me whether it is fat or water it makes me feel like a sausage. I was up 9 pounds since the 4th of July holiday, and some days would bounce up 3-5 pounds more, and most of it has been fluid, but it feels as bad or worse than fat. They both have to go. I'm tired of feeling like a sausage. Today showed me that I can start exercising again. Yes, it will start coughing fits but I didn't go back to coughing constantly all day long so I think I can work with this.
