The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Saturday morning weigh in...

And I am happy to report I am down 1.4 pounds! That makes a total of 86.2 pounds! I now weigh 238.8 pounds! So wonderful to see me in the 230ís! Itís been a long road, but Iím making it! 2 1/2 years ago when I started Weight Watchers I was 325 pounds and miserable. Everything hurt, I couldnít sleep in my own bed because I would wake up with such a backache in the morning-no doubt due to the weight of my stomach pulling on my back as I tossed and turned the night away trying to get comfortable. I was depressed, I couldnít do anything for very long because standing too long made everything hurt. I was a spectator, sitting on the outside watching my life pass by me!
Luckily I had the strength to try one last time to change my life. Yes itís been 2 1/2 years and a lot of people are losing a lot quicker than I am, but thatís okay. This is my journey and I have to find my own way. I know I can do this! I am now back sleeping in my own bed next to my husband and enjoying life! I donít want to be a spectator any longer!
Onward I march! One day, one meal, one bite at a time!
