saw an ortho and are getting an MRI. I hope that he finds something to do to help stabilize your knees. You have had so much trouble with them and your ankles lately. I hope that you are able to find something so that you are not continuing to have these problems.
I have found that as my weight goes up I walk off centered and have a funny gait. It causes more problems with hurting my back, hips, knees, and ankles. As my weight goes down they get more stable. I also exercise more as my weight goes down so that the muscles also help to stabilize my joints. One more reason for me to get this weight off. I don't know if it affects you that way, just speaking for me.
