Only down .2 pounds (got to love these digital scales), but Iím ok with it! I never know what the scale will say, but I canít let it dictate how my day is going to go. Iíve spent too many years letting a number on a scale determine my worth and Iím just not going to live like that anymore. It is what it is!
I am down 87 pounds, and that is okay in my books! Onward I march!
