Up 1.2 this week. That's not the direction I want to head. HAVE to get back to Keto. Have been eating "healthy" foods (oranges, grapes, corn flakes, potatoes) but too much of them and they are not keto - any of them.
Today is another new day. I think I'll cook up a batch or two of hamburger quiche and crack slaw. Having things already on hand will help.
I want to get back in the 165-170 range.
