2) 6 weeks ago today I had my full knee replacement
3) great to be back at the gym. Did 3 classes last week and planning to do several more this week and keep working on improving. Doing low low weights especially to keep "safe" with the shoulder injury but it feels so "right" to be back in class
4) back to "square one" with weight loss (where I was a year ago) - not thankful for that - but thankful that I know I can do it again. I have all the tools and the support of so many cheerleaders
