This morning the scale registered a .2 pound gain. I am not concerned as last night my hand fell asleep while I was watching tv, and when I shook my hand to wake it up, my wedding band flew off my hand and landed across the room. Ken told me last night that Iím going to have to get my rings sized, and this morning, my rings were snug. I am thinking I have some water weight. This will pass.
Our Weight Watcher meeting was about being mindful in our eating and I have to say I think that is the biggest key to me staying with this program so long. Actually paying attention to what I am putting in my mouth makes a difference!
I am having a colonoscopy on Monday. Itís been five years since my last one. Never crazy about getting one, but know they are important. The prep is the worst part! I will start that at 4 pm tomorrow. I have to check in at the endoscopy center at 7:30 Monday morning. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!
