The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Saturday morning weigh in...

I am happy to report a loss of .8 pounds! I’ll take it! When I weighed the woman weighing me said I was up a little bit! That really threw me for a loop, as I had counted my Thanksgiving meal and thought I did pretty good, but thought maybe the saltiness of the ham might have caused a bit of a gain. No problem...BUT... for some weird reason I looked back at my weigh in booklet where they record my weight and it said a smaller number on the scale this week than was on the scale last week, so I knew I had a loss! I went up and showed it to the woman that weighed me, and she looked back on what she had put down in the computer and said “Yep, you are right! You did have a loss! I wrote it down wrong in your booklet!”
YAY! I wanted to cry! Planning what I was going to eat and staying on track at Jessica’s house paid off! The ham was pretty salty, so there is a chance I would have lost more had I not had the ham, but I just LOVE a good bone in ham, so I have no regrets that I ate it!
Onward I march!
