So for today - I have told myself that I am going to make ME and my food plan a priority and make sure I eat my meals-and NOT be snacking my way to the new year! I want to be down 90 pounds by the end of the year, and thatís only 2.8 pounds! I may not make it, but I wonít know if I donít try, and if it takes me until the middle of January to get there, then thatís okay too! I want to set my sites on getting through the next week in the best shape I can!
If you are struggling-feel free to put your plan for the next week down right here! We are only talking seven days! This time of year is hard on so many levels! Maybe putting it down for your FSF sisters to see will help you stick with it! Whether it is to make yourself get out and be around family, stick with your food plan, switch to a maintenance plan for the next week and then switch back to losing in the New Year, staying off the scales, going for a walk, journaling, posting your gratitudes with us daily, WHATEVER it is- commit to doing it for the next week and letís see where we end up come New Yearís Eve!
