The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Yeah, when my husband
and daughter had it it was painful for them. They gave my daughter a pain pump in her neck which helped her but my husband just toughed it out. They both said that it wasn't any worse than before surgery except for the first few days. My daughter just gave in to the pain and only did rehab when she had to. She didn't bounce back very fast. My husband worked like a fiend on rehab, even though it hurt. He even ordered the pulley system that hooks over the top of the door and a thing that looks like a bike that sets on the table and worked out a couple times a day at home. His recovery was remarkable and he hasn't had any more problems since it healed. I have a feeling that you are going to rehab much like he did the way you came through your knee surgery. I hope you are as pain-free as he is.
