The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

My daughter in law has become determined to declutter her house. Both she and my son had owned a home for almost 10 years when they got married and blended their lives. Each tried to get rid of things but it was never enough. She was going to a class to learn to declutter by some Japanese woman the last time I talked to her. She sent me the following text last night.
I tried the Japanese method of decluttering today where you hold every object that you own and if it doesn't bring you joy you get rid of it. So far I have thrown out all of the vegetables, my bras, the electric bill, the scale, mirrors, and my treadmill. This just may work!!!
