The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
I hope that you
are able to get some sleep soon. Sleep deprivation can be a major cause of mood changes. I know. When I was in high school I only got about 3 hours a night. If my mother had known how much homework I had she would have never let me work. I got home by 10:30 most nights, just as she was going to bed and would study until 3-4 A.M, then get up at 6-6:30 and do it again. My moods were all over the place.
Sometimes we have expectations that other people can't measure up to because that is not how they are. We feel that they are being negative toward us when to them it has nothing to do with us, it is just how they are. Life is everchanging and so are the people around us. It is more fun to just embrace that and go with it. Most of the time we are about as happy as we make up our minds to be because happiness is something that we control, not our circumstances. Hope that you can find some happiness.
