F--Not as good as it could have been, not as bad as it could have been. I went over 5 points today but I had 4 roll-over points from yesterday so we'll call it a draw, but it shows me that I need to have better plans when I am going to be out. I came home starving and didn't feel like making what was on the plan so I settled for some soup that I thought was the same amount of points. It wasn't, it was 6 more than I thought. Oops. Gonna have to track substitutions before I eat them. I'm good though.
