- I got a good nights sleep. I am so grateful.

- time to practice - make up performance from when the school was closed due to weather

- really good sunshine. VERY cold however

- my cousin lou got the oK from his doctor to cross country ski. He had his kidney removed last month

- I am going to the pool on Tuesday
