F--Another blue dot day although I ate out twice today, McDonalds and Chinese. I didn't plan either meal or track points before I ordered it. I just ordered what I wanted and thought oh, well I have 45 weeklies I can use. When I finally sat down a few minutes ago and entered everything I was SHOCKED! I ended up with a blue dot day and one point left over. So I still have my weeklies to use up tomorrow and Sunday before they reset on Monday.
E--Got a bit more movement today. Still start wheezing and/or coughing when I go too fast or too long but it is better than it was for a few days
Since I hardly slept for the past two nights I am headed off to bed to read and hopefully fall asleep. Going to bed just after 10 PM is unheard of for me. My husband may call an ambulance.
