For many years,
my exercise every-other-day would be dancing to Richard Simmon's "Sweatin' to the Oldies"....(think that's right). It was so much fun...and a great workout. On the other days, I would walk 3-4 miles. Worked well for me. PS....I still love to dance. Abba has some great songs to dance to.
