Who ever thought I would
have trouble eating enough. But my weight went up 8/10 of a pound last week. I gotta get more this week. There is a lady on a board that I read that says that she eats about 1/2 her weekly points every week spread out over 5 days. Two days before her weigh in she just does her daily points. She has lost 88 pounds doing that. She said that she uses the points for extra protein and good fats but rarely eats junk foods or things that are highly processed. I could get 5 extra points a day and still have a blue dot day. For some reason, I hate not seeing that blue dot. I guess I have to obsess over something.
