1 - did inventory of pain meds and still have 23 left so if needed, I have more than enough. Had only used 1/2 of what shoulder doc prescribed. I don't like to use unless I really need

2 - low carb works for me - 1 day at a time

3 - Shirley's back - you were missed

4 - at least another 3 weeks at the radio Monday - Saturday

5 - Ray driving me to/from work saves $$$ and is so convenient
