The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
We do what we can
As long as we can. My husband was always very athletic and loved all kinds of the ball except hockey and soccer because he was not exposed to it until the later years. I used to skate at least 3 hours a day minimum and usually 5 or more hours per day on weekends for years as I was growing up and even on through many of my adult years. I loved both ice and since I had to drive for over an hour to get to the closest ice rink I settled for roller skating during the week. I also played softball and baseball when they would let me as well as tennis and rode horses. I wasn't much for organized sports other than baseball. I have learned to watch some of them since getting married but still not a huge fan. I enjoy reading about how much you and your family love it though, it reminds me of my husband.
