Your attitude seems just right
It is important to enjoy meals sometimes and then having healthier fare most of the time. You have done so well throughout this last few years. You lost so steadily you made it look easy to the rest of us, though I know it wasn't. After you got to goal you had some setbacks that you just learned from and went on and got back to goal, then set a new goal and got to that. You have changed so much of your relationship with food and I am glad to see such a healthy attitude about just eating sometime, then getting right back to the plan. Good for you!
