Jams or Jelly's
On my current diet I eat plain oatmeal and I have a couple spoons of sugarfree jam. Love apricot and apple butter.
The reviews are great...
I also have keto bread pretty good, not hard. Fluffy. Only 30 calories a slice.
All of these items are low carb so I can have a guilt free peanutbutter and jelly sandwich.
