I think small changes are good. I once read about making small changes like eating while seated only or fork down inbetween bites, waiting for a certain amount of time between bites to encourage eating slower,etc. Actually, I did these for over a year and a half about ten years ago. It helped me to more conscious of many things. Also.. to give yourself credit when you do it. and not to have remorse when you don't. I think theres a list to follow. I believe in you. Maybe I will talk to the group about trying some of these one at a time, if people want to particpate.
