The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
I don't know if

it will help and it is a pain to start ANOTHER diet but for a while try to forget trying to actively lose weight and try eating an anti-inflammatory diet. Try not to cheat on anything because just one tiny cheat can cause the inflammation to come back or to have to start over from zero. Also, try to cut down on sodium to 1500 mg per day. Once you learn about the anti-inflammatory diet the Mediterranean diet is pretty close to it and you can probably maintain an inflammatory diet for the long term if you are determined. I know simple but not easy. The anti-inflammatory diet helped my arthritis a lot and I had been diagnosed with Lupus. Lupus doesn't go away but after the diet, I tested negative for it. I also have other anti-immune diseases that cleared up quite nicely. It is worth giving it a try. What have you got to lose except trying to remember what you can eat on yet another diet?
