I am getting on the scale less and less because it bugs me, for example when I was doing WIW, I already knew even before I saw the number that it was going to be on the high end of my range. Long story short, you do YOU! It's all good! When I was on the journey of losing my weight, I would only check the scale a couple times a month at the most. I would count the number of days in a row I would stay on task as an indicator of success. Believe me, I get it, and you are doing marvelous!
