I understand your feelings. I don’t want anyone taking care of me at 280 either. I keep thinking WHY?? I don’t lose easily at all. I do for 2 or 3 weeks then I just stop and that’s only if I have fluid. Which I usually do. I’m glad you are back on track. I am too but I don’t know how my body will react and that is what scares me
