This week shows me up 1.8 pounds. The day before I weighed I was the same! Ugh. I did eat some homemade banana bread that was delicious (if I may say so myself) -but I can’t believe the piece I had was worth almost 2 pounds on the scale! One thing I have learned is the scale can change every single time I step on it and I just have to keep moving forward! I got this!!
