I got off another medication today!
I also found out that I DID NOT have a heart attack between April and December 31 as the ER report said when I had COVID. My on-board defibrillator monitors me every day and the doctor said that if I had even had any trouble he would have been notified immediately and would get me in. He said that the notation in the ER was from unintelligent artificial intelligence. He assured me that I was doing great and hadn't had a heart attack and my palpitations had slowed down A LOT, I could tell that. I have had one episode in 6 months when I was having multiple episodes per day 15 months ago.
The grandson, his wife, and the great-grandbaby are on their way to spend a few days with us. Can hardly wait to cuddle that baby and see them.
Since having the pinched nerve for over a month (which I am STILL grateful is better) it has been hard to get my butt out of a chair and get moving again. I have had a lot to do for the past three days (motivation that I needed) and it has made it easier. The day before yesterday was over 7600, yesterday was over 8600, my tracker went off at 11:56 that I had reached 10,000 steps. So good to be back on pace again. I hope that I can keep it up.
