What are your thoughts on that? Does it help to know others are working on areas they want to improve on their journey to good health?
What day of the week should I post it? Mondays?
I’d appreciate any thoughts you or anyone else might have. I feel if we are going to be mindful of things-it will help to have a game plan and a specific goal to work towards, followed by others’ support.
