one track mind. If I am busy I may feel hunger but I will put off eating. When I finally am finished I am VERY hungry and, yes, in a hurry. I keep a few things in the freezer most of the time that I can put into the microwave or air fryer if just cooking for me. I also like to keep things like egg bites, boiled eggs, frozen cooked shrimp or chicken and salmon that can just be heated quickly and thrown on a salad or added to left over veggies for a bowl. I am all about easy. If I had the energy to stay busy and had something to do these days I would be skinny as a rail.
