Hey everyone. so sorry I haven't been posting much here lately...... Posted by Amy on 9/24/2009, 4:32 pm Things have been busy for me here. trying to get the double wide ready to move in. we have the power on and the water hooked up and now we are just trying to get all the painting and flooring down. I am excited about moving in. Things are going good my way. weight loss front I have managed to maintain weight of around 234-235. I have seen a burst of energy the past few weeks and don't really know where it is coming from unless it was me quiting taking the beta blocker that my doc had me on for headaches. my blood pressure has always been fine he just had me on them to help control my headaches. I decided to go off of them to see how my headaches were doing. So far so good. I went to the park today and walked 1 mile and feel great. I just had this strong urge like something was telling me to go to the park. This is strange I am so tired when I get off work that I don't even want to do anything much less go walk but today something came over me. This is the first time I have been to the park to walk in over a year. I hope that I can work out something where I can go by more often. My mother in law keeps my little boy while i work so I called her today to make sure she could get my daughter off the bus and she said yeah i told her i had a few stops to make and she said take your time. Then I went by the grocery store and i bought some chicken breast and some brocolli and apples a tomato and baking potatoes. I just got 2 small baking potatoes. I am going to bake the chicken, have a half of baked potato and some brocolli and going to make a fruit salad for dessert. looking forward to my healthy supper tonight. as for work it is going great so far this year. well sorry for the long post but just wanted to let everyone know i was okay and let you know what was going on in my life. I hope that this might be a turning point in my life to eat healthier and have a more healthy life. I just feel motivated right now and I haven't been trying it is just like it hit me all at once. lol. hope everyone has a great evening.. love, amy  Reply
