Well its FRIDAY!!
Nice weather, not to hot, not to cold
Hopefully a quiet day at work because I'm the only one in my dept. here today.
taking my mom out to just bum around this last Monday
My parents living in the same small town
that my MIL trusts me enough to tell her secrets to.

for my friend Valerie's surgery that went so well
for a good visit with my dr - should get xray results today
for hope in an area where I have felt would never work out. It is working out.
for dad's trip to SC tomorrow for 2 weeks
for family, friends both online and off.
for Krista's love for Fridays and a weekend starting...
for our small group painting Tanya's house tomorrow. I am so grateful
for my back feeling a little bit better today
for good sleep last night - Shirley did you visit your friend on Wednesday?

- Lianne is doing well, Free is at the hospital (where he needs to be)

Digging this morning ...
1) the weekend is just hours away
2) payday at the gym today so I'll pick up a few more Christmas gifts. Pecking away at it
3) going to a 40+ singles group this evening with 2 other gals from work. Can't meet people if we don't at least try right?
4) hit my exercise goal last night (2000 minutes / month is my goal)
5) friends who listen and cajole
