Today I'll count my calories and try to be around 1800.
I'm not allowed to exercise yet but i do try to do a lot of walking even if it is only around the housee - mine

breakfast - egg white scramble, pnb toast, grapes
lunch - open face turkey sandwich with lite mayo, cherry tomatoes
snack - frozen yogurt
dinner - 1 cup pasta, 1/4 sauce, parm cheese, salad with lite dressing, garlic bread,
snack - apple
log food and calories
stretches and strengthening
lots of water
read out loud to myself my reasons for wanting food sanity in my life
fork down between bites
aware eating

Breakfast - coffee, oatmeal
Lunch - caesar salad, tapioca, raspberries w/sugar twin
Supper - piece of salmon w/tartar sauce, fat-free pudding (2)
More coffee I am sure
