For me Breakfast - coffee and oatmeal Lunch - caesar salad, tapioca (2) Supper - roast beef with gravy (380 for 1/2 of it) and fatfree banana pudding More coffee at work, I am sure. That'll put me at 1490 calories. Exercise will be Body Pump class and then 1/2 hour of the Couch to 5K program. Tonight it is warm-up for 5, then jog 8, walk 5, jog 8. I hope I can make it through! The longest I've jogged to date is 5 mins continuous.
