We've had a LOT of trouble with them since they brought out the infamous boxes and gave us the new remotes. My remote in the family room has DIED three times and I have to take Dad out to the Comcast office with me every time since that one bill is in his name, and do a ton of stupid paperwork to get a new remote. In FOUR months we've had to do this THREE times because the remote will keep turning the tv on and off, but stops changing the channel and the volume does not work. And they have it set up so that you HAVE to use the remote... you can't do it manually by walking over to the tv and changing the channel. So last night I left the tv on channel 118, which is the style network and I need it on our local ABC affiliate so I can get Good Morning America or our local news... and it will not change. I am watching some preacher preaching a sermon in silence. I can't change the channel, can't turn the volume up. I am really frustrated. I am SO tempted to drop Comcast and find another source for tv programming...
