The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

What's up with your health? Sending positive thoughts and prayers that it isn't too serious!|

I've been denying it to myself... but I seem to have some lung things going on. I keep 'catching' my breath and feeling breathless again. Like after my surgery last January. I've admitted that I need to get it checked out. So I will.|
Keep us posted?

1. Got a lot done in the rental yesterday! Ken and I were tired when we got done. Good exercise I guess! |
2. A program that works and the willingness to work it! Love seeing my "blue dots" on my WW calendar! Lol
3. A job I love where I don't have to work weekends!
4. Ken. Love that man of mine so much!
5. All of you ladies on this board! Love our friendship and our "sisterhood".

New sprinkler working much more effectively in my gardens this morning. |
Charlie now sleeping in the living room with a diaper instead of in his crate where he has slept since I brought him home. He has always barked me awake but usually close to the time I had to get up anyway. Then he started doing it a 4, then 3, then 1:30AM SO, he gets his way. I put him in a diaper and let him sleep in the living room along with Roxy. Blake, Gianni and Katie-girl are with me behind a closed door. On work days, I get up before Bill and let Charlie out. On weekends, Bill gets up before me and he lets him out. No more waking up to a shrill beagle bark.
The Internet. Surfing this morning..."French Girls Don't Get Fat" an older book about eating/cooking the French way. I looked at the website this morning to check for body shaming, sexist (ie 'girls' instead of 'women') . It's fun to read some of her blog entries and there are fun French things...one of her recommended restaurants was right by the apartment where I stayed. Some interesting recipes that look pretty yummy and simple.
Had the dates wrong about picking up the food my niece had made for me. It's tonight instead of tomorrow so I will pick it up (did I say yesterday that my niece in GA found a woman in this area who prepares and delivers meals?? She hired the woman to make me a big dinner that will last a few days as part of her birthday present to me. She has cooked meals for my sister and nephew) and, along with some wine I already have, head to Aisha's apartment to share the meal.
Less hot and humid today. Actually, a very nice summer day which is rare in Richmond.
